Beluga Hybrid Caviar

This Beluga Hybrid Caviar (huso huso x Acipenser baeril) is a variety obtained from a hybrid of two sturgeon species. Farm raised in Bulgaria, they combined the rapid maturation of the sterlet and the rapid growth of the beluga. The taste of this caviar is tender, delicate, buttery, closer to the taste of the beluga caviar. Beluga Caviar is the worlds most rarest type due to its scarcity.
